The management of MUNUERA LABORATORIES has adopted a measure to reduce the generation of plastic bottle waste, derived from the consumption of bottled mineral water. It consists of providing all staff with a plastic bottle to fill and therefore to reuse daily. The measure is accompanied by the installation of reverse osmosis equipment in the canteen of the company, for the supply of water, thus motivating the refilling of the bottle and its use during the working day.
This action will prevent the generation of more than 1500 empty bottles used per year, which would otherwise end up in the rubbish bin, even if it were the yellow container recycling bin.
